Good points, Yao seems to give up once teams stop fronting him and the teams does a poor job of making teams pay for fronting him by swing the ball and attacking the weakside. We also have poor passing by the entry points into Yao.
After game 5, Adelman: "You've got to play with some composure -- we didn't do that. We got into a more frenzied pace ourselves and we were impatient," Adelman said. "We have got to have more control and more patience than we showed (Tuesday)." Same stuff
Which part? No composure part or impatient part? You are telling us that playoffs are about REPETITIVE MENTAL errors, not adjustments and counter-adjustments? Rich.
It's been happening to Adelman's teams for 2 decades now whenever the pressure gets turned up. I was one of the first to complain on this board about getting rid of Rudy during the Francis/Moochie dribble-mania days. But I still respect many of his coaching philosophies. One of his quotes I vaguely remember from a segment during the playoffs: I learned long ago that when your team is in the middle of a storm, someone (the coach) has to steer the team to calmer waters Unfortunately, Adelman's teams have consistently folded in the most important moments in every city he's coached in.
damn, Mr I DONT KNOW,what can u do else except to pretend to be a gentleman. u can control the game or the player?just stand by,and then said i dont know. pls, fire him or fire at him. i have enough of his doing nothing.
