I think it should be close to Rudy T. What he managed to accomplish while he was here is nothing short of amazing. He also gave us basketball that was played with dignity night in and out. Never missed a game, even post Yao when we were fighting just to be good enough for the 8th seed.

Loved his offense and his defense really doesn't get enough credit. Chuck Hayes at center, Scola at PF, and K-Mart at SG - there are some glaring holes there. But he wasn't the right coach for the re-tooling effort. He was brought in to coach a title contender with Yao-Tmac and he would've been great for that. The way that team fought against the Lakers even after Yao went down was astonishing.

Once we realized the window was closed, it was clear he wasn't the right man to coach the re-tool. Just too ornery to put up with all the roster shuffle. He was a closer. He'd be an improvement for us now but that ship has sailed.

I would love Rick the Ruler on this team. His offense would kill with this squad.

Rick isn't afraid to confront his Diva Superstar player.

He always laid down the law.

Retired and spending time with his wife and family.

I think his wife had some serious health problems.
