Alot is fishy. The guy didnt drive anywhere. His barber was the last outside person to talk to him, and he stated nothin was wrong. You telling me he just walks out at 2am in a wooded field and does this to himself? I smell foulplay. Honestly, it seems like this was setup to look like a suicide.

A guy talking trash in a previous Wright thread.

    Don't worry about him.

Best wishes to the Wright family and his close friends.

when i first heard he was missing for some reason i thought back to Eddie Griffin. Now griffin didnt go missing, but for some reason was suicidal. Prior to his train accident he was also seen and described as being fine, yet he still did what he did. Sometimes all you need is the slightest opportunity.

"According to sources, a 9-1-1 call was made from Wright's cell phone on July 19. A Germantown fire dispatcher could hear the loud blasts of several gunshots. The cellphone call ended at that point."

If he was shot multiple times then it DEFINATLEY wasnt self inflicted. In my opinion, this was organized. I tend to pick & choose what to believe from the media, being they pick & choose what they report. RIP Lorenzen Wright

True. But Eddie had always had rumors of him being mentally unstable. Wright didnt strike me as unstable. Ofcourse I dont know him personally. But if it's true he was shot multiple times, then i think he was setup

Good job so many of you guys so quick to call him a "coward".

Judgmental and jumping to conclusions, huh??

He lost his young daughter, was going through serious financial problems, and now possibly murdered.

Sounds like an extremely sad story with a terrible ending.

I'd say the majority of you never went through half of what this guy went through (when he was living) so there's no way you would feel for him. He's just a "coward". So quick to judge..

Don't think it's really fair to call out people who called him a coward because it was first reported that he probably committed suicide.

He's one of the few posters on my ignore list (way before this incident).

You can read his comments in the original thread about Wright's disappearance to see why people are upset with him this time.

Not really. Ronny will wait for 5 days after this report was filed before he recognizes that Wright is indeed, dead.

even if he committed suicide, how would that make him a coward?

We need to see things from his POV and understand the circumstances and contest and situation first before we can make any judgement, if we should at all-its his life and ultimately, he died.

    Sad either way.

oh, and the real cowards are the ones who made moronic, uncompassionate remarks about him when it was first reported. I don't care if its the internet or up to usual CF standards , but this was a man MISSING and more than likely was going to end up reported as dead. A man who has children and a wife and parents who must be suffering tremendously right now.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. I don't give a **** if YOU or anyone happen to think its funny.

Bicker all you want. None of us here are saints and everyone one of us have made snide, stupid remarks before. But when you have the power to control what you type out onto the forum for everyone to see, think about it and use your sensibilities, assuming if you have any in the first place. But I guess even if you don't type it out and STILL think it, then it wouldn't matter anyways.

I believe this series of tweets are the source of this detail.

They are from Matt Stark the sports director of Fox 13 News.
