BTW, I'm not the one start this "taiwan is not part of China' crap but I really want to be the one end that carp at this forum. We can discuss that issue at other places.

And, most countries on the world don't admit so called 'taiwan government' as the represent of Chinese government. And those governments also admit taiwan is a non-separate part of China. And also they admit the government in Beijing is the only LEGAL government of China. At the end, they all agree that there is only one China on the world. So you should not argue with me. You really should argue with them.

Anyway, you can explain China as you wish now. It's ok if you want to explain China as ROC if you from taiwan that's fine if you also admit that there is only one China on the world. We can solve that issue step by step.

But one thing for sure mainland China will reunion taiwan someday and that's why I call it domestic issue.

i don't believe the government of taiwan is the the representative of the government of china at all. i believe what is to be true... and that is they are two separate governments working independently of one another. the government of china has no influence over the government of taiwan or vice versa. granted, many countries go by a "one china policy". however, what other countries may hold as a their policy does not deem or negate the existence of taiwan as a country. i have lived in both taiwan and china. i believe taiwan to be a sovereign country. you're right. you didn't bring up this argument. somebody else did. i'm just tired of sometimes seeing people use an arrogant tone saying things like china owns taiwan or whatever and nobody standing up to it if they don't agree. so that's why i decided to speak up. so we have a differing opinion. that's fine. that's life. we can agree to disagree. i'm not gonna have any beef with you over it. and this isn't the place to talk about this. so i'm down to talk ROX from here on out. cool?
