I'm for it, but can only be used in the last 2 minutes of a quarter, or you're limited to 2 "replay calls" per game.
I think instant replay is needed in the NBA, especially after we saw how it affected the playoffs last year. There were also countless questionable calls during the season, so instant replay is a need in the NBA, and I think they did right by just allowing it on last-second calls and seeing if someone's shot was a 3 or 2.
I am all for having instant replays in the NBA. There really isn't anything bad that can come from it. Davis's shot would've counted, Miller's wouldn't have, and Walkers 3 also wouldn't have counted in the playoffs. We would've beaten the Bulls last year in triple OT.
If we can tolerate those "in the air last second time outs" that they got rid of a while back, and those regular time outs that the coaches use to plot out the last seconds of the game, then I'm up for instant replay that will get rid of 80% of the last second conspiracy theories out there.
