The athletes that used to live there were stupid @sses as well. My girlfriend has a scooter and they moved it like 5 times in one semester. We caught them once, but no one would do anything because "the alumni association will just bail them out, so you might as well save yourself the hassle" Oh well, I went from being a Bleacher Creature to cheering for the zero win season.
I don't live there, but my buddies always seem to be having run-ins with either the management or Cambridge security or whatever. They're always having notes left on their door, fines, getting put in the back of cop cars, whatever...
If I lived in Houston, I'd get a place near Rice Village. West University or whatever it's called is very cool.
