Beasley hasn't been horrible defensively. He has been very solid. He is good enough to spread the floor, which is something this team needs, he can create for himself, which this team needs, he hits the boards, which again this team needs.

He is a versatile big, which is something that should be utilised and this series especially, since Green too is a versatile big.

    Howard or Capela
    Dmo
    Beasley
    Harden
    KJ

OR if you wanna go even smaller

    Dmo or Smith
    Beasley or Smith
    Ariza
    Harden
    Bev or KJ

These lineups should see some minutes together. Should be good enough defensively, enough floor spacing, enough secondary creators and enough offensive firepower (if they are all on their game)

Honestly, Beasley is far suited better for this series than let's say vs. Spurs. Pop will kill him in that case and expose him on D.

At least here vs. GSW, he could limit his "sucking" on D as long as he pours in more from the offensive side, and he IS certainly capable of doing so we all know that. What people fear is, there's no way we'll stop GS's monster offense with the D now, why even make it worse with Beas? But Beas has the offensive talent to explode in any game, so that's one positive thing out of this. Now combined that with somewhat decent D and if that happens who knows.

Saying this, I say he only averages 8 mins a game knowing JBB. Maybe that's a number too generous actually smh
