Relax everyone.....we're now in contention for Boozer!!!

Free agency is over for us man! We create cap space for what? For Boozer??? Morey failed... again! Wait for next year, or next, or next, or next...

 

I can see us going after Boozer hard. And are you guys still obsessed with stretch 4's that refuse to rebound and/or play defense? Because if we land Boozer I bet his boy Okur will sign too.

 

Being traded and released are two different things.

 

Boozer is one of the few guys I could never genuinely root for, even if he does become a Rocket. I just don't want him.

i dont want boozer because of his horrid defense but I don't understand why people say he's a bad rebounder. For his size he's a pretty good rebounder IMO

 

I can't believe we are on the cusp of getting a contender for most hated Rocket this soon...

 

If he gets amnestied and is willing to take a low salary to play here, i think that's a solid move under the circumstances. Say what you will about him, he will stretch the floor and rebounds decently. He is a good vet to have on the team to help with the young guys.

 

Dont ever want to see him on the team. He can go crawling back to his baby blue uniform in Utah.

Good grief, STFU. He got Dwight Freaking Howard last offseason and James Harden the season prior. He came within an inch of landing another allstar in Bosh this offseason. If you expect your GM to git a home run every single FA period then you are going to be in for a big letdown. Inevitably.

Too many mouthbreathers on this board need to take a step back, take stock, calm down, and understand that we are in a pretty decent position right now. And temper your expectations. Three months ago no one here really thought we'd be in contention for ANYONE this summer, but now we're freaking out because Morey didn't land another allstar? SMFH.

stupid people that know very little about sports are always here being debbie downers.... boozers at a cheap price would be a welcomed addition, he is way better than Tjones, and fits the bill on what we need to do.

 

Boozer would actually be an upgrade from what we have at the 4

 

I don't have a problem with Boozer. Not the perfect fit like Bosh but definitely would be a good pick up if we don't over pay.
