    Due to the altrustic efforts of class action lawyers (who only pocketed $525,000 in legal fees while being generous enough to give $1,000 to the their <s>patsy</s> plaintiff), Subway chains will now no longer be allowed to serve you 11" footlongs. Finally, these criminals will be FORCED to bake and stretch the dough to measure 12"! That extra inch means you can finally get that extra cucumber you wanted, or perhaps another drop of that delicious southwest sauce that those money grubbing evil sandwich con-artists hold back from you.

    I have been eating footlong subways 5 times a week for the past 500 weeks.

    So subway owes me over 200 extra footlong subs. Where can I sign up?

    It is really simple.

    Don't knowingly advertise one thing and provide another.

    What Subway did is fraud and they did it literally millions of times over.

    Cases like this are why class action suits are necessary.

    It's the same amount of bread either way though. The customer never got shortchanged on that.

    If I was Subway I would just quit advertising the sandwiches as 6" and 12". Just call them medium and large or something to that effect. You'll have to spend money on changing out menus and any other places where the size is referenced, but at least you won't have to bother with the extra time that actually measuring your damn bread will require (not to mention the waste if a loaf is too short...I guess they can use them for the kids size or something).

    Yeah I get it fat people yeah but still this sucks, I didnt buy a half a bag of air.
