And the Pistons' record is 2-10 after the trade and they ended a 10 games losing streak. And Jackson shot worse in Detroit, both 2p and 3p, have a worse assist / TOV ratio and taking almost 5 more shots per game.

RJ is more talented than those guys. His problem is between the ears more than a lack of talent. But if he never learns to shoot and doesn't play within his actual ability, it won't matter. SVG is a good coach for him. He will never tire of repeating the plain truth to RJ each and every day without concern of offending him. Maybe it will sink in eventually.
