    Bu I am kind of surprised -- I expect stupid off the court stuff more from JR Smith than anyone else on that team.

    Gun charges are serious offense in NY State. 2nd and 3rd degrees carry mandatory prison sentences. It's one of the last states you want to mess with any guns.

    You shouldn't feel any sorry for anyone who is just too dumb to mess with a gun in the state of NY. I only feel sorry for their fans. Most of diehard fans will probably never see Knicks win a championship in their life time.
