So let me get this straight... A guy who may or may not be a rapper got kicked out of a restaurant not in Houston.
I'd typically agree but I'm sure we've all been to equally nice restaurants and seen teens or athletes dressed in shorts/t-shirts/tank tops or other attire that doesn't meet the establishment's dress code. It's one of those things these restaurants keep in their back pocket to toss the "wrong crowd" out whenever they deem it necessary. Night clubs use the same tactics. I can't see how this is a unique experience for The Game.
It's an overpriced, dressed-up version of T.G.I. Friday's. But I agree, you still shouldn't go in a tank top.
I might have misread, but I think he's talking about a restaurant called Houston's that is actually in California. Confusing because he brings up Pasadena, though.
There's no "Houston's" restaurant in Pasasdena, Tx that I know of. I know of two locations in the city of Houston. Kirby and 59 and Fondren and Westheimer. Whether in the city of Houston, or anywhere else in the country, wearing a tank top in to "Houston's" is NOT appropriate.

OP, I think he may be talking about the Houston's Restaurant in Pasadena, California. Just wanted to point that out for the 11th time
No. Way back I called him the "family guy" of rap. Nothing but references and name citings (btw op, I think you might be mistaking the city for an actual restaurant in california. Of the same "Houston" name)
I could eat the spinach dip for days. I am pretty sure they have a dress code though and tank tops are certainly not allowed. Oh, but he is black, so it must be about that.
