if we could trade any combo of
Brewer, Jones, Bev, Harrell and KJ

    To the Nets for

Jack and Young that would be most ideal

I want to ask why so many posters here are interested in trading for Calderon and Young? Both have long contracts, play bad defence and are overpaid.

Sure that's why it's best his next contract even max to be 3 years. Also Dwight so far has been elevating his perfomance every year in the playoffs substantially compared to the RS.
Have to take into account the context as well. The Suns have a young promising C, Len and they are a team with playoff aspirations not contending aspirations. There was no reason to spend so much money for so long to such an old C when the rest of their core is too young.

Yes lets trade Jones for nothing while DMO is still out and Howard is on limited minutes, would be a very smart move.

Oh no, then we'd have to play Harrell who gave the team more than Jones in half the minutes tonight. How awful.

Actually it would. It would prevent JBB from running him out there anymore.

Jones was -18 tonight...in 2 quarters of play coming off the bench.

Neither of those teams is going to give up a better draft pick than what we're sending them for Terrence. Remove the picks nad possible the Pels bite.

I don't know enough about the guy outside of him being a sharpshooter, what would snatching a 6'5 sg from OKC do for us? Anthony Morrow.

What about swapping Trevor Ariza with the Hawks for Kyle Korver?

Ariza's got a friendly deal, younger and can help replace Carrol. Korver is 34 but would add some DESPERATELY needed shooting.

MAN he would be AWESOME on this team....that is exactly the kind of player we need to compliment Harden.....if he can play some defense even better.

Way too risky, once Dmo gets back and proves he's healthy, sure, or if we can make a trade for another serviceable big, then sure.

Trading Jones for nothing and leaving our front court to a injury prone Howard, 2nd year Capela and rookie Harrell with no other player in case of injury or foul trouble would be a awful move. Harrell also can't rebound as well as Jones and we need that right now.

I'm down for trading Jones along with half of the other team but that wouldn't be smart.

You just don't get it. Terrence is helping us lose. We lose absolutely nothing if we trade him...even if we don't trade him for another big....which we just might be able to do.

    .... srsly

Again, Howard is on limited minutes, is injury prone, rookie Harrell is a bad rebounder and both players along with Capela are very foul prone. I can't take you seriously if you honestly believe trading Jones for nothing right now would be a good move. Jones is expiring for Pete sakes, I would rather keep him on the bench in case of emergency then trade him for nothing, it's not like he's Brewer who has a big 3 year deal. It ln not one sense, would it be a smart idea to move Jones for nothing without obtaining another big or getting Dmo back first, and even then it would be kind of pointless.

I can't take you seriously when you can't understand that playing Terrence is a negative on our team. We have a better chance with our small-ball lineups than any lineup with Terrence in there alongside another big!!!!!!

There's 14 men on the roster. Play someone else. If Dwight goes down, then play Harrell. Harrell is a better option than Terrence. Terrence should not be playing any minutes for us. So might as well get him out of here and get another player in here. We could go sign Greg Steimsma right now and be in better shape with him than with Terrence on our roster. Gimmeabreak already.

Send him to the Wiz for Dejuan Blair. That'd be an upgrade for us.

More then half of the players on our team are nothing but negatives right now, and that is a generous statement. You certainly can agree to this right?

By your logic, we should trade all of them for nothing, and that would be a smart move. We can just trade half our team for nothing, and sign a bunch of minimum players to replace them and we would be better off.
