Real talk - people put A1 on steaks because they order it well done where it comes out tasteless like a piece of shoe leather

Steak should always be some shade of rare, seared on the outside, pink and bloody inside. All the flavor is there.

Waygu is so incredibly marblized that you don't actually want rare or medium rare like a typical ribeye. You want all that extra fat activated and running more. So medium well to medium is perfect for Kobe / Waygu ribeye.

How can these guys even have the nerve to talk to these defensive masterminds? Do they have no shame or humility based on their performance this season. It's probably a heavy lecturing encounter..... I would be embarrassed if I was Harden.

 

Don't worry... wagyu has less meat and more fat than other cattle, so ... yeah, he just scarfed down about 300 grams of fat.

Of course, he's probably in better shape than 99.9% of the people in this thread, so there's that.
