Too many short guys driving hummers in this thread. Religion is a connection between you and God, not a means to broadcast your superiority complex over those who don't fast and abide by a good set of morals and faith for 365 days a the year. The people who only test their faith for 1 month a year, then pig out as soon as the sun sets, aren't really religious or aware of it at all.

This is the kind of decadence that makes higher beings shake their heads -

Well it's quite simple really to the ones who do that.

 

Just wanted to see how everyone else's Ramadan has been going so far? Mine has been going really well. I actually played in a hockey tournament this weekend which was 4 games in 2 days, 3 of which happened while i was fasting. Somehow, i managed to get through them all and i didn't do too bad either

A little over 10 days left, so i want to send some good vibes to all of you who are participating in Ramadan. Keep it going

 

Remember to those fasting, it's not really too much about food. Are you guys abstaining from everything else? And night prayers?

The guy training me on my new responsibilities at work is fasting, and he is a little snippy due to the lack of eating. I look forward to Thursday.

 

that might just be the person he is, fasting has never had a negative effect on me.
