calling qaradawi a radical is a freaking joke. he has said suicide bombings against military targets in legitimate wars is not considered 'suicide'. thats not endorsing it. its simply saying that as a legal viewpoint from his view its not suicide. misrepresenting fatwas like this is disgusting and blatant disregard for law. would you call anyone who was freed on DNA evidence to be supporting rape/murder? its his interpretation of islamic law and as a valid legitimate scholar he is absolutely allowed to make it granted he follows the schools of islamic law. as far as alamoudi goes...he was also in meetings with pretty high up people in dc. he was in contact with bush administration officials. if you're gonna knock everyone associated with him as being shady...we could clean house at the white house. typical bullsh!t.
he probably did not read the article even a bit.. he just saw the title and that was enough to post it..
ps: its also cute how the alamoudi character is only described as an 'assassination plot'. they fail to mention it was on crown prince abdullah (now king). not the president. not anyone in the US. but freaking crown prince. the same country where most of the 9/11 terrorists came from. the same country which the right and the left continously bash for either terrorism or supporting terrorism or authoritarian style of ruling etc. but of course lets not mention that fact to ruin our blatant muslims are scary articles.
