Do you guys feel better now? Or could you have gotten more keeping T-Mac's expiring?

    We got owned?

We made a short term trade for short term success. That trade was win for both sides.

Yeah, we got owned so bad it launched us to the 2nd round of the playoffs. I hope you guys destroy us even worse on this trade so that we make it to the finals.

Fail. He didn't get owned in the last trade. It was risky, and a rental, but it got us past the first round in over 10 years. And if we had Yao, the Lakers would still be in tears.

dave, you really feel like we got owned last time? I thought Ron was a success in his year here.

I definitely like the deal that was reached today as well though.

Hindsight is 20/20. Even though the Kings eventually got the better of the deal, at the time the deal was a no brainer for the rockets. Its not our fault Tmac got injured, otherwise we could've beaten LA.

    Worst case scenario:

I thought we'd end up giving picks to move Tmac's contract and get under luxury tax. I mean it was a 23mil contract with questions regarding Tmac's ability to play.

    Current situation:

I'm still shocked...at how bad the Knicks organization is.

We gave up players we didn't want, and were able to get good draft picks anyway, and Ron helped us get to the 2nd round. What exactly did the kings do last year dude? Did Bobby Jackson help you get from 12th place to 10th?

He wasn't - he's thrown the same drivel out in three separate threads already. He's just trying to get a reaction/people to call in to his show.

Let me know when the Kings make it to the 2nd Round. I would have said Sacramento but that might not be true in a couple years.
