Im just curious, when is Houston getting the Superbowl and how would a person get tickets? I know its a snowball's chance in hell that Id get a few but I'd still wanna try.

There is no other way for the general public to purchase tickets. The NFL does not sell tickets to travel or ticket agents. Entries for the random drawing are accepted between Feb. 1 and June 1 of the year preceding the game in question. All ticket requests must be sent via certified or registered mail. Those selected in the random drawing will have the opportunity to purchase two tickets. Super Bowl XXXVII, to be played Jan. 26, 2003 in San Diego will be accepted beginning Feb. 1, 2002. Requests should be sent to: Super Bowl Random Drawing PO Box 16400 Mascoutah, IL 62224-6400 Please note that only one request per address is accepted. All duplicate requests will be disregarded. The Super Bowl in Houston will be February 1, 2004.
