Well, we have the talent. But we don't play like a team yet.

    There is still hope!

Rudy should show tonight's game against Minnesota before every game!

    Inspiration!

And by the way, we are still in the playoffs. We are still over .500 :)

    We can do it!

The Sacramento game is pivotal. If we win that one, we can go into Minnesota and try to win the series up there, then armed with a 3-game winning streak we can go wish Cleveland a nice All-Star break with a nice little Cav-bashing.

    Heh...WORSE SCENARIO.

We barely beat Sacramento, but we beat them. Not impossible, no Chris Webber. We already beat them at home once.

Then we got to Minnesota on Tuesday. It will be really tough to win against Minnesota at Minnesota. Well, let's say we grind out enough to beat them...

Then the next day, WE LOSE BY FIFTY-TWO POINTS AGAINST THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS!!!!!!!

    That would be HORRIFIC.

It wouldnt' be the worse game of the year though. Boston just lost to Detroit by 52 points.

I think Phoenix may be the ones handing over the playoff spot to the Lakers. Their last ten games has been 3-7...imagine when Stoudemire hits the rookie wall.

Or we could trade the top pick for players and a top 15 draft pick. That way we wouldn't get hosed since the competition for the top pick will be so fierce that it won't matter that we essentially will have to trade it.

But it is pretty pointless to discuss these things. The Rockets have a great chance to make the playoffs, and even if we don't the odds that our small range of ball combinations gets picked for the top draft spot are miniscule. I think it will be good to not have a 1st round draft pick for one season so that we will be guaranteed to not be incorporating any rookies into the team next year. There won't be any new guys to break in, and the Rockets coaches/trainers can concentrate on teaching our existing players some new skills.

The Lakers are right at our heels??Check their record again...they're still under .500. Start b****ing if were 6 games out of a playoff spot with 20 games remaining. Being a young team means boneheaded plays, and a lot of ups and downs. Enjoy the ride and take your fairweather fan crap elsewhere.
