No one asks for Lin OR Pablo to be leaders on this team.

    @fchowd

It's not just that one game. Lin is awful year round and will cost you a playoff game. You can't say the same for Harden and Prigs. I don't really care if Lin can give you 30 pts. on scrub teams.

He put up 21 in game 5 and was a main reason why they won game 5. Why are you intentionally being selective?

And you can never say that about Prigs because he will never be in a position to handle the ball enough to loose a game for his team. He is a low usage player.

Maybe you didn't remember much of last year's playoffs

But everytime Lin got the ball, it was rolling the dice with disaster

I'm pretty damn happy for Prigs, you should be too, you should be happy for lin who said when he joined the lakers "i'm a cali guy"

All these former Knicks players, from last year, are stepping up. J.R. and Shumpert too.

New York is full of good role players, from Corey Brewer to Trevor Ariza.

Also, you have David Lee, J.R. Smith, and Shumpert.

Role players do that sometimes. But what they aren't supposed to do ever is lose crucial games because of stupid decisions. It's like you're complaining that Lin is getting blasted for gross incompetence.

If he were a doctor, he can be expected to do his highly specialized job competently but he can't expect to be allowed to keep going if he kills someone because he was incompetent that one time.

Please don't mention Prigioni and Lin in the same sentence. It's an insult to Prigioni

Prigs has 100 times the IQ as a basketball player compared to the mental midget, boneheaded Lin

Prigs is busy helping the Rockets to the WCF while Lin is at home playing DOTA or making corny youtube videos and self promoting himself to his fans (stupid and delusional)

Yes, they Lakers are not in the playoffs and the Rockets are in the western conference finals. The Rockets are a far superior team to the Lakers plus or minus Pablo being on the team. Lakers suck. This has no bearing on who the better player is. Jeremy Lin being the second or most productive player on a NBA team isn't going to fair well. Pablo being the second or most productive player on a NBA team would tear a whole in space-time.

Lin can't even start on a **** lakers team much less contribute to a championship team. Pablo is the calming vet leadership role player championship teams need.

Lin is AT BEST a reclamation project.

Pablo would not be even sniffing 5 minutes if Beverly wasn't injured. Stop inflating his value. He had some key steals and hit one three. Awesome.

This is where I call you out on your blatant hypocricy. Pablo couldn't even get more than 16 minutes of playing time on one of the if not the worst team in the entire NBA for multiple seasons with the Knicks.

The knicks were not a great example of a well managed team.

    Props for prigs.

At the same time last year, rocket fans have not seen poise at the backup pg position.

    Now. We know.

Rox lost last year because of Parsons. Ran his mouth and Batum shut him up.

Pablo was clutch on his 38th birthday. Scoreboard. Weirdly enough, he is old enough to be Jeremy's father, if he fathered him when he was 12. Not an impossibility. ;-)-
