Hoyer looks good so far, but ball placement on that 2pt conversion looked bad. Put the ball where both Hopkins and the corner could get it. Hopkins is just so good that it didn't matter.
Good for Hoyer and Shorts. This is very encouraging. But Alfred Blue just doesn't have the instincts or speed to be a #1 RB for any amount of time. They will sign veteran before the season.
