    Im thinking 12-4 is the most likely record.

    But to honest I dont think I want a bye, there is always at least 1-2 teams with a bye that come out and lay an egg. (Green bay last year)

    How I see things:
    Expect 4-2 within division. Folks tend to overestimate chances on paper: divisional foes are ALWAYS tough because of familiarity and rivalries. Almost every week in the NFL, there is at least one major upset that came out of a divisional match up.

    I otherwise would be very concerned, but playing Denver so early in the season can only help our cause. Manning will still be finding his comfort zone, and may have to hold on to the ball a little longer than he needed to in Indy. With our pass rush, that is everything. If Peyton is already able to run a hurry up and buzzsaw the secondary with quick throws, we're sunk.

    I don't think we have a prayer in New England or at home against the Pack. Related to above, Wade's defense is especially vulnerable to high tempo passing attacks, especially West Coast offenses like NE's. No pass rush is effective against QBs that get the ball out in under 3 seconds, and Wade's aggressive approach leaves a lot of green inside 15 yards.

    I'm much less concerned about Stafford and Megatron. Wade's 5-Tiger excels at destroying offenses that rely on the deep ball. Especially ones that don't have a strong running game to establish the play action.

    I think the Bills and Bears are the critical swing games. Bills are a quiet potential spoiler every week, and we can be certain Mario will be going all out in Reliant. The game in Chicago is the perfect example of the type of game true contenders win: beat a playoff team on the road. We can win the game by fleshing out Bad Cutler, but it's imperative that we walk on to the field with a swagger.

    I anticipate the team getting some long awaited revenge on the Jets and Ravens.

    It's not unrealistic at all. It's easy to puff out your chest and be preseason big dogs - the Redskin faithful do that annually.

    You never see injuries coming, and they will. You never see the big letdown games coming until they shock you.

    I put down 12 wins: +1/-2 because I could see them landing anywhere from 13-3 to 10-6.
