I'm just hoping he's able to stay on the floor for 30-35 minutes. If he does, he should average 12 boards and 2 blocks at least. Points are immaterial at this point.
honestly they brought him in to rebound and defend. I say he needs to average at least 10 rebounds a game or he'll be considered a disppointment. points we can give him some slack. I say 6ppg on the low end, 10ppg max.
I predict it will be full of figures that represent the number of rebounds, blocks, points, and his shooting pct.
You don't run plays for them. Every other likely starter should average over 10 a game, except maybe PPat, but Dmo should help that area off the bench, or maybe he'll start.
I think with lack of depth at the 5 spot, he should get 32-35 ish minutes and puts up a nice 10 and 10 with 2 blocks.
Yep, one of the things that really stands out about Asik when you watch tape on on him; he's a natural rebounder. He will average at least 10 with 30 minutes of play.
This. Wilt like stats and Russell like winning. That's why Morey passed on D12, Asik is a hidden SUPERSTAR. He was just fing around in Chicago cuz he wanted to be in Houston.
I agree. 30 to 32 minutes would be great. Outside of Martin, we have no player who got 30 minutes of playing time last season. Parsons at 28 is the next highest. McHale will have to get creative with the rotation to keep guys from burning out.
10 points 10 boards 2 blocks 30 minutes per game I think he's capable of those numbers, if he can handle the minutes. And if he gets those numbers, the league will be talking about what a steal he was for the Rocks.
