I honestly don't see the Olympics effecting anybody that much.

Here is my summary of the main points.
Just a quick summary of the important parts, if anyone else want to point out anything I might have missed feel free to do so.

    You are an idiot.

After the World Champs a few years ago....many injuries.

    Brad Miller got hurt.

    Wade dislocated his shoulder.

    Araenas (?) ACL

    Yao

    Gasol broke his foot.

Just a few there big boy. That year round stuff wreaks havoc on those guys. Expect more injuries from participants this coming year.

No vacation I want to go on.

Maybe there is another Chinese Player, Sun Yue. :D
Sun will be the 4th NBA player from China.
    L.A. may sign him on.

Yi Jianlian (NJ) will have a amazing performance in the Olympic Games.

Our Yao Ming must be the main role.
I think he will take it easy as his training.
    He will crash his opponents.

About Rockets, maybe we forget one person, SF3.
When he comes back, we will be stronger.
Not like a fresh, Francis will make contribution asap.

China has a proverb: let stability tackle mobility
Maybe steadily raising our level is the best way!

    Maybe...

    but I doubt it.

History shows that after Olympics/World Championships/...any tourney where NBA players are asked to play year round...the following year the participants are often injured and have less productive seasons because of injury...either major or nagging.

Do your homework and check it out...it is startling

The Olympic will only affect ONE NBA player and that is Yao Ming. Because Yao has to play 40minutes every game to carry his sorry a$$ team in order for them to have a chance for victory!

hey guys, there is difference among nationnal team players... numbers don't tell you the whole story.

YAO & Scola are definetly starters and will play heavy minutes, and Scola might be playing a lot of games as Arg is goint deep(probably?) ;)

Yao Ming will be affected the most. Having not played a game for half a year, he comes back having to play 40min a game with double and triple teams for his team to even have a chance of moving into the final 8.
