Feels good to be over .500! Just like those that bashed T-Will for one game, I'll praise him for one game. Good game T-Will! Hope Scola is ready to go tomorrow night. Just feels good to be a Rocket fan right now doesn't it?
Jonathan_Feigen After a week favoring his right knee, Scola questionable because of soreness in his right. Said won't play if he feels as he does now tom
Time for Patterson to step up. They're missing Frye themselves. We need to win tomorrow somehow. The Rockets and Scola have until Saturday to rest up.
Traded for Okafor on my fantasy team and a week later his consecutive streak ended. Traded for Scola last week and what do you know
I'm not even sure he should have been playing since he tweaked it. If it turns out to be serious...I'd be inclined to blame the medical staff again for letting him play.
http://espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=310307023 SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP)—Chad Budinger scored 20 points and Kyle Lowry(notes) had 19 points, eight assists and seven rebounds for the Houston Rockets, who defeated the Sacramento Kings 123-101 on Monday night to give coach Rick Adelman his 935th win as an NBA coach.
Not sure about Battier/Budinger yet. Rockets starting 5 was doing a good job with Battier too. Battier wasn't dragging Rockets down with his 45.6% FG, 39.1% 3pt, 4.7 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.2 block shots. With Cbud, we have a even faster tempo, but Battier is still holding the edge for his all around play. The real difference is 2nd unit. Hill/AB were hurting Rockets on the court.
The irony is that people complain endlessly about the Rockets not having a player who can go iso, and then when a player goes iso people complain about how going iso is not Rockets ball.
Scola needs to rest up and will have 4 days to rest if he does not play tomorrow. Patterson needs to step up tonight if Scola can't go but knowing Scola he will probably play the 1st qtr.
I LOL'd so hard. Not the first time he's been called that. He gets no respect, haha. http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=200723
You cannot blame the medical staff there. Luis just wanted to enter the court and play. The team offered him to reduce the practice time, but he said as long as I can play on court, he can make the practice. This guy just want to play there.
