lol for real...seems like he shoots sometimes just to shoot it, not really trying to make it.

Ive said it all along. You can not depend on rafer alston. So you have to move on without him. When he's hitting, he gives you confidence that maybe he can be our PG, then he just starts throwing up terrible shots for seemingly weeks at a time and it reminds you why you question him in the first place. He is just way too streaky to depend on.

Rafer Alston is just jacking up a prayer. Everytime he shoots, he'd pray it would go in.

I dont know if we will be able to find a replacement. I think it may have to come from within, Aaron Brooks? He gave us some pretty good production tonight in limited minutes.

Gotta say things looked a lot more fluid with T-mac on the court.

    man he's kinda inconsisitent too..
he's perfect in a backup role

Hirinch would be great but then we'd have to give up Ron

He has been inconsistant, but alot of that has to do with inexperience and the fact that RA keeps changing his role. He played great as the starter and then Rafer came back and he started slumping again. To me he just needs more time playing a bigger role on the team.

I know this has been said by many, but I also am displeased with our inevitable 4th quarter collapses. Every team makes a run but they all know that they have a chance of turning it on, catching up and defeating us.

as long as tracy doesn't get anymore tweaks along the way, he should be fine for the playoffs... he should have his confidence back and if everyone stays healthy, the rockets can be very very tough in the playoffs.

now that key members of every other contender is getting injured, they'll know how tough it is to maintain competitive.

Who did bad job here? See the data. Scoreing is nothing if you can't stop other team scoring.

I'm glad Tmac FINALLY had his first great game. 50% from the field, didn't hog the ball too much. Went to the basket, passed the ball, didn't get destroyed on defense.

I agree with your comments, and that is interesting that he was a -3 for the night. Maybe that has something to do with the groups he was playing with. Without looking at that particular number, i felt like he had a positive impact on the game. We needed his scoring tonight because rafer shane and luis were all having off nights from the field. Brooks was the guy who stepped up and provided the scoring lift we needed.

I wonder how many people in NBA can do that with the off leg.
