    Slow down, chief.

Just because a player is tall doesn't mean he's a legit big.

Kevin Martin just had an off night. We've all seen it happen to the best of players. No need to panic or even sweat a little. It's only 1 game.

Armstrong and Hill, you guys are funny. Those guys suck. If you all should be clamoring for someone it is Jared Jeffries. He actually would have given us some defense and length against those Pacer bigs. Terribly annoying how there was no defense inside. I know Jeffries is no savior, but if we are going to be paying 7M, then lets get him in there to play some defense, he is actually good at it.

Garrett Temple shows he's a nice defender, but I think we are really missing Lowry's energy right about now.

rockets shot a solid %, martin's off night sunked it overall though. He seemed somewhat hesitant, possibly nervous. Defense was bad, Ford did his vince young impression, could have used Lowry on him tonight.

Again, we rebounded well. Battier himself had 10 boards. We also had more offensive rebounds than they. Problem was turnovers, bad defense on ford, and Martin's off night. Missing 10 freebies hurt as well, but we scored enough to win, defense was just not there.

Yeah, too bad the Pacers had 35 POINTS in the 4th qtr

Was Landry going to score 35 points?

Please explain as to how Rick is the sole reason why Landry is not in Houston.

    *sits and waits*

its hard to win a game when the team misses 10 FREE throws. That came back to haunt us. Also, you forget we dont have KYle lowry who could have played some D on TJ Ford and gotten to the line to stop their surge.

it's already been shown that Shane Battier is a guy you should put at PF. JVG tried that before and it failed. give minute to Jordan Hill.

 Did anyone really expect Martin's first game to be good? New team, new environment..look at Caron Butler and Antawn Jamison's first games. On top of that Martin has been shooting 39% this season after injury. Pretty much sets up his first game to be a bad shooting night. With that said, I expect it to improve...but not my much =/ Hopefully next year he'll come out firing.

For a team fighting for the playoffs, you cant lose winnable games like this. With a game tomorrow, will we see Hill, Armstrong or Jeffries? If they play tomorrow, then they should have played tonight. I think Rick blew it with his subs tonight.

Yeah because LAndry's D would have been top notch  DEFENSE was the issue tonight, not offense.

i agree. i think with ariza it will take a few games before he realizes that he's got help now in the 4th. the second half of this season is going to be fun to watch.
