i think martin is already a great fit on this team. the shots he were taking were great shots and in teh flow of the offense. the only problem is his defense which is nonexistant lol. he bites on every fake.
Artest is stronger and has more length. He would have slowed him down--some. Better than Battier's intangible performance.
I am not going to stand up for Battier, lately he has flat out sucked......... Honestly, I wish Kmart would start with Ariza and Cbud come off the bench, and Battier move to situational.... We can not stand any more of the Battriza combo...it sucks.... There can be only one.......defensive wing. DD

You are so consistently wrong it's hilarious. Artest is so slow and so horrible on defense that he'll certainly make an All-Defensive team, and he might win DPOY.
The trade was fine. The personnel looks promising going forward, but this team does NOT need to overachieve. Don't jeopardize a VERY promising next couple years for a laugher 1st round exit this year. We need a serious draft selection. I'd have Budinger and Jordan Hill getting heavy burn.
