Um ... they take a shot with a fraction of a second left. The ball hits the rim the 1 second left in the game. If you rebound, you probably have less than a second left.

The game was ugly because one of the refs who's officiating the game was unhappy with the Rockets every time he's ref'fin' our games, that man Tony Brothers sucked in every way!

Well,we could of stolen a win to start this road trip and we failed,Yao's injury somehow affected our rockets, without the inside presence, they just took advantage of the paint and made the easy shots in the paint.Just take a look at the stats sheet, how much points allowed in the paint, somewhere around 55 points maybe,I just couldn't care less checking the box score so maybe it's 55 points or less, perhaps more.

Let's just hope for the comeback next game against MoTown Pistons.

Does anyone have video of Chuck (and I mean Chuck!) Hayes' second free throw? What a sad excuse for a paid ball player ....

I don't think we lost because of 2nd half. I actually think we lost because we had no energy, we kinda gave up in the 1st half...

Pistons SUCK badly, but you know, they are still a good team. I hope, I really do, we can win this game, with T-Mac back in the lineup (probably). But you gotta admit we suck on the road.

Has there ever been a game when posters on this board don't complain about the refs? How did the refs force the rockets into so many to's? How did the refs effect adelman not playing deke and giving the swinging door to the rim. How did the refs effect the 39% shooting against one of the worse defensive teams in the league?

The shooting was bad by the Rockets last night....if anyone got hot from the outside, they win this game.

Heck, if Yao played the 2nd half they win this game....oh well.....

As long as Yao is fine, I can take the loss.

Not really. I tought Indiana played him pretty well, though he missed some easy shots. But his presence in the 2nd half wouldn't have guaranteed us a win.

We were missing easy outside shots, we really couldn't get it going. Wasn't it like Rafer 1/6 and Wafer 1/7 from deep?

But really, I do belive we just gave up on this game.

Exactly people complain about the refs way too much on this board. There have been games where the complains were valid, but most of the time the Rockets are still the biggest reason the Rockets didn't win the game.

The fact that all of their big men were if foul trouble would have helped Yao immensely in the second half.
