We will have more flexibility but I'm definitely seeing a first round exit this year...IF we make the playoffs. 2.We sign who we can and match , we lock up our roster for the next 3 years potentially, a roster that probably will not make it past the 2nd round, or even the first.

Even if they keep Parsons, they can still operate over the cap by trading for players $8mil or less, and then still be able to use their MLE.
