I turned down the interview. There's a job as towel boy for the Sixers that I'm taking instead.

Y'all tripping. I would take the job just for the courtside seats and free travel.

Leslie called, but I told him that while I was a happily retired android hunter, and therefore technically available, my schedule simply wouldn't permit me to take the position. My suggestion that they hire former Rockets coach Jeff Van Gundy and allow him to pick his own staff was met with a stony silence. A seriously stony silence. My theory is that Leslie has a condition known in medical circles as "Rocks in the Head" disease. The only known cure is amputation of the infected area of the body. One has to hope that Mr. Alexander with attempt a cure before a coach is hired.

I WOULD GO INSANE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF I COULD FIRE LES ALEXANDER AND GET AWAY WITH IT !

Then I would let Harden tell me specifically what coaches and players he wants. Then I would let my newly hired assistants DD and BiamThug do the work.

I hope my aversion to flying on commercial or other aircraft does not take me out of consideration for head coach, co-head coach, assistant coach or co-assistant coach.

Assistant? He could be starting Guard if DD is GM also. Imagine the lineup:

    C Donatas Motiejunas
    F Chandler Parsons
    F Chase Budinger
    G Vassilis Spanoulis
    G Aaron Brooks

I was offered both GM and Coach positions but declined!
They wouldn't allow me to hire these guys to motivate the team!

I think DD as head coach and Tinman as an offensive ass. would work perfectly. Much better than MDA or anyone else. Plus MDA isn't a 99er, so what the hell has he ever done to qualify?

Who's up for a rally and protest in front of Toyota Center? Make your voices HEARD. Fight the power.

I have a meeting tomorrow with Morey and Les in Florida.

    Pretty nervous, wish me luck.

I'm going to try and sell them on a few of my ideas:
    1. Dunking is the highest percentage shot in basketball; go for dunks, and get to the line. No more shooting of any kind, unless fouled or late in the shot clock.

    2. Invest in a flopping analytics department. Determine the ways to flop in each game depending on the refs assigned. When taking any shot, especially 3 pointers (but hopefully dunks), wildly flail and fall down as if you were pushed, violently. There's no such thing as shame; shame has no place in today's NBA.

    3. Increase the urbanization of the Toyota Center experience.

    4. Encourage players to befriend the media. Bring sons and daughters to press conferences. Cooperate with Hollywood writers and producers to weave an underdog backstory for each player. The formula for NBA success is this: likability ---> media fixation ---> fan fixation ---> NBA front office vested interest in success ---> preferential officiating ---> profit.

I'll let you guys know how this goes.

I am withdrawing my name from consideration.
I want to spend more time with my family

(Is that how I'm suppose to do it JB?)
