The homeless are going to continue being hungry why people suggest legislation. Winter is near.

You need to read up on Gandhi.

Homosexuals and many hetero couples are technically breaking sodomy laws.

Can you cite examples (I mean examples that relate to being "hetero" and "homosexuals")? What laws? Neither you nor robbie can answer what laws, specifically.

I think it has a lot to do with the self righteous tone and ivory tower that his corrective posts tend to come from. Could you imagine being in a phone conference or staff meeting with SwoLy? I think I'd bullet a bullet through my head. lol

    But he's a great guy...

What a terrible law. I hope the city loses the law suit again and this ordinance is revoked. How can someone tell you not to give food to someone in need. How can anybody even start to think this is ok?

And for the love of all that is holy, quit quoting swoly.

This has nothing to do with the topic, but fudge it.

There is obviously some anti-Christian agenda at play here too, stop beating around the bush and let's get that going as well.

    /what's wrong with my signature?

I've already stated what you're asking me to answer.

Still won't answer my question, huh? Fine.
I agree! But people still need to abide by it because it's in effect.

amen. its a stupid law, period. it solves nothing except keep the homeless hungry, and makes criminals out of good samaritans. if your city has so that many starving homeless people that you gotta pass a law to stop feeding them, then you have far far worse issues than homeless folks.

How ridiculous, that city should be ashamed of their selves. Absolutely no harm in feeding the homeless, I remember the joy and gratitude the homeless people had when I and others went handing out sanwiches and prayers with a church a few times.

My comparisons are not poor. The Ghandi comparison has been explained. Here is one of his more famous law breaking episodes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salt_March

That said I realized I was incorrect about homosexual relations being illegal. It took a Supreme Court ruling in 2003 to overturn sodomy laws. It's really easy to research. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lawrence_v._Texas

That is some pretty bad logic. Just because a law is passed doesn't mean it is morally right and it doesn't mean it needs to be abided by.

LOLs!! ^ OK, live in your law-breaking world...alone, I guess. Break the law just because you don't think it's morally right and you don't abide by it... sure, go ahead. Haha.

    Thanks.

A law like this puts the letter of the law above the dignity and well being of human beings. It's worthy of zero respect. I hope others disobey it...bring it to a head..and force its change.
