I don't think you guys realize just how good Memphis has been healthy. I don't see them ending up below sixth seed by seasons end, and the way Portland has been playing, even with aldridge, we better hope warriors win games cuz we definitely don't want Memphis in the first round.

It's gonna be either GSW or Portland..... I ain't got no worries with either. Unless curry starts shooting like 50% from 3

Memphis is a terror because they have 2 bigs that can pound you in the paint. That is a mismatch for most teams. However our asik/howard combo can defensively lock those guys down on key possessions if need be. So no, I am not afraid of the griz, especially since we will have the two best players at all times

How about DMo in the mix?

In the second win game over the Griz, it was DMo who came in and turned the tide around when Howard couldn't stop Zbo. It took him 3 blocks, 1 assist and 5 fouls.

The difference is their bigs can shoot at distance and ours cannot. They will exploit this point by pulling our bigs away from the basket.

I wouldn't say this angle means we cant beat them. But I wouldn't paint their bigs vs ours as an advantage for us either. Our advantage is primarily at the 2. And that advantage will be compromised some if the lane is clogged to the hilt.

The team that sets the pace wins this series. If Houston is forced into a half court game for the whole series, our chances are not any better than 50/50.
