sure faried is more athletic. he's a better dunker if he gets a look at the rim. but he doesn't have the post moves, the touch around the rim if its not a dunk, or the mid range J that nene has. faried has the potential to be better on defense because he's faster and more athletic than nene, but he misses rotations. nene gets there, but if its on the perimeter he will be beat off the dribble once he's there. still better than not knowing where to go like faried. post defense goes to nene as well although there is little need for it this series. faried is good depth for 82 games. can't count on nene for a full season. but if we are talking 10mpg for 7 games its nene all the way.
His defense is better than Green and Shump....at least he has the presence to block shots and grab rebounds in an energetic manner and pumps the team up. We ain’t outscoring GS with Shump. Montrez had a great series against them and Faried is the same type if player, but then again our stupid coach never played Montrez in the playoffs. He likes Shump and Nene, so we will continue to struggle and lose.
shumpert still has no concept of switching D and is giving up wide open layups. and then his man D is just garbage anyways. at least faried gives us energy and rebounds
Please note that the ONLY thing against Nene is that he is 38. He gets kudos for years of great service during the playoffs, but just can’t cover durant and curry with our switching defense.
Yeah keep looking at plus minus, watch with eyes. he was bricking, allowing defenders to cheat on harden
Shumpert was +3 in his minutes. Lots of guys played a lot worse. Shumpert and Nene were both playing for the same reason. They are fundamentally sound and don't make a whole lot of mistakes. Gerald Green, on the other hand, was absolutely abysmal in the game. I love GG, but just awful.

No team that gives that suckwad major minutes will ever win a series.That is like comparing Montrezl Harrell to Michael Carter Williams. Honestly, I think that Shumpert may be the worst player to ever wear a Rocket uniform with the exception of maybe Sam Mack or Thomas Hamilton.
Nene fresh and warriors haven't necessarily game planned nene and far"weed" was hit by injury late in regular season. I wouldn't be surprised if far"weed" is not 100 %.

Far"weed" been weakest link in MDA small ball system all year, and he did fake that injury at the end of season during most important part of the season. It's a tight rotation with little room for error. The MDA system works since every bench player from game 1 hit a three except Nene. Of course Nene was not expected to hit a three in the MDA small ball system but playing far"weed" might have led to curry and Klay Thompson run outs. Alot of times players mAtch up zone far"weed" when he is on the perimeter and far"weed" lacks that chase down speed against even thirty five year old iguodola and 34 year old Shaun livingston. If far"weed" had to run down bogut, bogut would bury far"weed" under the bucket.
Kenneth Fareid is unplayable on defense. It’s crazy to watch. A guy so athletic with great rebounding instincts just unwilling to play tough.
