Dumars needs to go, since the title it's such a mess, the roster he assembled does not fit at all. he shuold have been fired long ago when he signed Gordon & Villanueva

Lionel Hollins seems like a good match for the Pistons, with their tradition of physical defense (at least for their championship squads).
If they can get Lionel Hollins then the team will be top 3 in the East and a very good team throughout. He can introduce his Memphis defensive schemes and also his offense didn't rely on shooting either, just post play which is what the Pistons have. Prince and Tony Allen can't shoot and so can't Josh Smith or Greg Monroe. And he would bring Jennings (even though he has been good this year) and Josh Smith under control.
Fansided: From the official White House petition: WE PETITION THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION TO: have Rasheed Wallace become the interim head coach of the Detroit Pistons. We need to have Rasheed Wallace as interim head coach of the Detroit Pistons. Of course the white house would require 100,000 signatures to address it formally, and as of now they have 36 signatures. That means they need 99,964 other people to sign, and even if they got them it doesn’t mean it would happen. The White House would just have to waste time throwing together a pointless response.
It's only 36 people that signed so just a couple people. Won't Chauncey Billups make a better coach though?
He did it before when he signed Ben Gordon and Charlie V to huge contracts. He is a terrible GM. Trading for Allen Iverson is also on that list. He probably hasnt made a great move since 2004 ie Rasheed Wallace.
Joe Dumars & Isaiah Thomas...one of the best backcourt duos ever, probably one of the worst pair of GM's ever.
Dunars used to be a respected GM. He's outdated. The new wave of analytic GMs is taking over the league. It's like asking your grandpa to compete with the savvy young kids in a video game. Thomas, on the other hand, has always been bad.
I would LOVE to see Lionel Hollins end up in Detroit. He'd know what to do with Drummond and Josh Smith. But Dumars needs to be fired. I hate to say it, but they need Gersson Rosas. They also need to trade Greg Monroe for a quality small forward so that they can move Smith over to the 4. I'd say they need to trade Smith, but he's going to be hard to trade on that contract. Hell, they need to get rid of both Jennings and Smith. Dumars needs to be fired so bad.
Same, I wanna see this happen. The Memphis Grizzlies were not a talented team but Hollins mustered 56 wins out of the bunch and a trip to the WCF. I wanna see what he can do with Detroit. I also think he is one of three coaches in the NBA, the others being Popovich and Tibbideau, that can put Josh Smith on the right track.
