JT - Are there any teams you would like to play for?

PM - I like Houston, Chicago too. I'd love to play for them. I think I would fit in well with those teams and they would love to have me depending if I am available when they need me to be. Either way, I'm going somewhere. I have shown I can be versatile and I think I am doing well so far.

JT - I hear you are taking a lot of shots in preparation for this camp and the individual workouts. Just how much shooting are we talking about?

Pete - 1,300 shots. I need to work on that as well as my ball handling. It has gotten better, but I just work on little bit of everything. I want to be versatile and I think that is what the teams are wanting from me.

    My Thoughts:

I've been lobbying for this guy. He's top notch defender and has an unbelievable work ethic. Notice how he understands he isn't the best shooter, and trying to improve it by taking 1000+ shots a day. He understands that he won't be able to use his slashing ability if the defender doesn't respect his outside shot.

This guy has been a winner wherever he goes and we could really use his game. Its hard to find the players who do the dirty work like Bo Outlaw, and we all know we could use another Shandon Anderson.

I really like Pete Mikeal. He can really fit with this team. I wouldnt pick him with the lottery pick but if we have another pick from orlando I would use it on him. He can help coming off the bench.

Because of his lack of a shot, I don't think the Rockets would use a first-round pick on him. However, he would be a relative steal with either Vancouver's or the Rockets' second round pick (33-39).

I like him too. bad news though
he measured yesterday at the Desert Classic at are u ready for this?

    6'4 1/2

im sorry that is too small to play the 3.
maybe he can be a good bench guy. he still would be a good 2nd round pick though.

    6'4 1/2?!!???!???!?!?

That sucks. I thought he might make a good SF for us if he could defend the bigger threes. Now, he's just way too redundant with Shandon and he's even smaller. Unfortunate. Any similar players with same kind of defensive skills but bigger than Shandon?

hmm. maybe this means Kenyon is really 6'7 and DeMarr really 6'6? Someone get Bob Huggins a new tape measure.

Outlaw, not just HUggins, all colleges lie about players heights. Wasnt elton brand listed at 6'9" at one time ?
