Loved the joke, hate how so many of the newer peeps ruin it for the rookies.

It was funny seeing them react so surprised that the "vets" were so gullible when we played along.

I knew you had done a great job when I got a text from a friend at 2:08p.m. yesterday afternoon saying "Dude I have been hearin that hakeem is comin back!" and when a few people were calling into the station yesterday asking if we had heard about Hakeem making a comeback with the Rockets.

yeah, i've lurked on this site for a long time w/o ever signing up but i guess i just never checked it on April 1st. I didn't fall for it but i thought everyone else did so i just kinda played along and then i said something that kinda gave it away and i got banned.

I didn't know what was going on and i finally caught on that you have to play along to stay in.

man i got that ban. I didnt even wanna be a party pooper, i just didnt think because i really went to nba.com and espn to check, because i tought nah this cant be real and then it hit me april 1st. Anyway next year im game. So 2 times april fool on me.

 

Everyone that got banned should automatically be demoted to Rookie....or simply tattle tale !
