Are are we just sick ***** to begin with I mean it wasn't that long ago that entire towns gathered for public executions, and the watching people getting ripped apart by lions and tigers was the major form of entertainment in the Roman empire.
Apparently this happens more often than you would think, at least according to my psychology professor. This is actually a relatively common occurrence. People become desensitized when they are part of a crowd, and then stuff like this happens.
i would think this happens all the time at least from a few folks. a lot of people look at suicidals with disgust because perceptions from different areas.
Haven't watched it, but it's not that surprising. We have aspirations, but the default settings of human beings are pretty awful. How depressing this would be, if you were desperate enough and hurting enough to be considering suicide. And of course, I think of people I've known who are now gone, and even one poster from our community here comes to mind. Sad stuff all around.
