    For the right-handed part of the platoon, they did. But the other part (which sadly plays the most) went without an upgrade. :( With that said, it's an easy position to upgrade for not a lot of money heading to the deadline, so it could still happen. I just hope Blum's clubhuose status as a "good guy" who's well-liked doesn't get in the way of the reality that he is a terrible major-league starter.
