no!! This is Deckard. And he looks pissed! <img src="http://images.wikia.com/bladerunner/images/d/de/Deckard.jpg"> Like the most famous sci-fi character of an entire decade, if not EVER! I'm pretty sure Deckard Cain is named after him, too.
This guy isn't too happy about it.... http://youtu.be/DDYjljdje-g (for some reason it's not embedding)

That's pretty cool, I didn't know the effects runes had on skills. I thought the game would be too easy with the option to respec whenever you wanted to. But you still don't need to learn a new skill every level unless there's a lowered level cap.
Last blizzcon, I was blown away by the use of runes... just amazing, it ups the customization on a PvE perspective by a boat load thought pvp, i believe eventually nerds will learn to min/max and things will be watered down
Just seems like a broader range of standard builds, honestly. Still very excited about the expansion and what it means for the game moving forward. Should be a blast.
From what I read on a few fan sites after interviewing Blizzard people the Beta will begin at the earliest at the end of this month, but most likely in the first week or so of September. It will be very widespread but will also be very short in terms of usual beta runs. It will contain only part of the first act of the game, and they will be using it to test their servers, which is why it will be pushed to a large number of people. As the number of players dwindles they will push out even more invites. They are attempting to keep the servers filled with players. The speculation on the sites I read seemed to think it may only last at the least 6 weeks and most a couple of months. Looking forward to trying this out, even with all the negativity towards the RMT, DRM and skills set aspects. And since everyone is commenting on the runes, I saw where they are toying with having them be discoverable. Meaning when you pick them up you won't know the stats or even what type of rune it is until you get it identified or placed in a slot (can't remember which one they said you had to do). I'm not to bothered by the not knowing of stats, but not knowing the type doesn't really do anything for me. It seems you will likely waste a bunch of runes by not knowing what you are placing.
They better send me a beta invite. I have bought every Blizzard game except the first Warcraft and World of Warcraft. Lol.
Inferno difficulty, level 60 cap, etc... http://kotaku.com/5831680/diablo-iii-just-got-harder-than-hell-with-new-inferno-difficulty
A level 60 cap is cool reminds me of Baldurs Gate. But hopefully it takes a reasonable amount of time to level. Even with the cap at level 99 in D2, I would be surprised someone actually reached it unless they used an autopilot program.
I am currently working on a Hammerdin right now. It is legit, and can wear out pretty much anything you hit.
