With Pierce's health and age, no.

It will only set us back another 3-4 years.

Why in the **** would memphis give up Gay for Paul Pierce

Why is the **** would Atlanta give up Josh Smith

Why in the **** would Indiana give up Granger

Why in the **** would we give up Martin AND Patpat

All of those suggestions are terrible

Heck no. They keep trying to get our players for a combination of players that makes no sense to the Rockets to do it. Paul Pierce at one time was worth that but now he is marginally better than Kevin Martin alone. Only because Pierce plays defense. On offense Martin has surpassed Pierce. Then they want Patterson and Jordan hill on top of that? For a younger player in Kevin Martin so the Rockets can get a 34 year old player on their roster? Makes no sense.

Ask a question to Morey. Why does everyone keep trying to throw in more of our players in every trade if they are not worth anything? Obviously everyone wants Martin, Scola, Patterson, Lee, our draft picks, or Jordan Hill. Everyone keeps trying to get them.

No 34 years old and the decline since he is on the wrongside of 30. Also 3 years left on an overpaid contract.

If Paul was in the final year of his contract I would say yes but not with PPat. Don't really care much for Martin and would rather have Lee starting

No one is going to give a bag of chips for Paul Pierce now, he's done as are the Celtics.

Why on earth would the Rockets want him? He is not going to be around much longer as a quality NBA star player.

Bad teams trade their young up and comers for tired old broken down stars.

Hopefully we are not a bad team.

id move martin and young asset for him if we could get garnet too...for the expiring...pierce would be great at the 3 for us and garnett is expiring.

We then sell howard on a team with a core of

Lowry, Lee, Pierce, Garnett adn Howard

plus plenty of youth to fill in ...

that is an insane defensive team....I think keeping lowry and lee and accquring those two would put us on howards list.

Trade all our draft picks...Scola, patterson, Sammy D and dragic for howard? doubt that is enough tho lol.

I might move Scola and the 09ers for KG, but I want no part of Pierce's contract.
