Lol, HP lost to me so he's trying to pick a fight with someone else. At least he learned his lesson.

Okay, keep him out and make sure he comes back 100%

He was effective Game 1, and we may not have won without him, but we can survive without him and probably only be set back a game or 2 since there is no proof that there's been any gelling.

What is annoying me is news already seeding us differently. Lol OKC plays the Knicks and gets all these "OKC looking focused and ready" headlines, and LAC is getting all these "quicker, possibly better and looked so ready" articles facing LAL....lol, BUT Houston beats GSW on ring-night in their house, and I hear XM NBA radio say "but look how well Houston had to play to win by only 1 point while Green left injured."

    Omg.

Yeh, we didn't play Nene, Paul left the game early in the 4th and we can't get any gdm credit anywhere. It's laughable.

    We will be okay.

He probably misses a month. The Rockets don't want a repeat of Dwight Howard coming back too soon in 2014 and reinjuring his knee.

Of course the Rockets won 56 games that year regardless. And with McFail as their coach.

the west is a lot stronger now though and we're in a dogfight with SAS and OKC. i really think if CP3 misses a month we're guaranteed the 4th seed at best b/c it will probably come down to just 1 or 2 wins difference for the 2nd-4th seeds.

Didnt paul pierce get the exact same injury at a similar age and miss a month of the regular season in 2010 the year they made it to the finals and lost to the lakers in 7 games?

If it truly is just a bad bone bruise then there is no reason that he wont be fine in a month.

Maybe. But Kawhi is dealing with his own nagging injury and Parker is at least a month from returning.

Also, check out the schedule through early December. If CP3 is gonna miss any extended stretch this season, now is the time.

It was 2011 the year after their finals birth. Pierce bone bruised around his heel apparently. Read up on bone bruises fam

i know the schedule, we're not going to win all these games without him. playing CLE, UTA, MEM 3x, IND killed us last year. and SAS had a great record without kashi last season, and also just beat our butts a week ago :X

The Pacers, Jazz, and Grizzlies all lost key players this offseason. I like the Rockets' chances against all of them.

the grizz we play 3x, and 1st time is on a b2b -- hard to beat any team twice, but going back to preseason we'll have to do this 4 times in a month.

we also play at indy on a b2b as well. oladipo has always killed us, and IND blew us out in both games last season with myles turner dominating inside.

harden always has trouble scoring against UTA
