Prayers for Paul George. Man watching that live at first I didn't think it was that bad until they immediately showed the replay....horrible. Feel so bad for him and I wouldn't be surprised if players dropped from Team USA after this for that exact reason.
Yeah man, I was thinking the same thing as you. Hoping for no injuries. They were playing so hard from the get go. It was a possible, and it happened...... Sucks
Feel so bad for Indy and their fans (have a good friend who's a big Pacers fan). That said, throw all the assets at Indy for David West now.
WOW. Unreal! I hope for a steady recovery for Paul George. Sometimes, you can't help but wonder and fear how things you normally do could result in abnormalities like what happened to PG.
That's probably the end of organisations letting their franchise players participating in the Team USA set-up without what would likely be prohibitive insurance.
Is that a result of too little calcium or a poor diet coupled with genetics? Certainly cannot just be a freak accident for guys like ware and george
Horrible loss for the NBA. Hope he can make it back to the court one day. At least he has his max deal locked up.

It's more likely some underlying hair-line fracture that went undiagnosed. A diet poor in calcium is virtually nonexistent in the west (let alone in a world class athlete)
ESPN said the goals in this Las Vegas arena are close to the baseline. 2-3 inches. Thats pretty much the difference between him walking away.
