Meh.......It's easy to show arrogance when your up by 30pts. Lets see him show that same attitude against Miami. ............................. ............................. .............................
What the hell are you talking about? The dude got closed line and he said a couple word's when he got up to his wwe opponent who karate chopped his neck. Happens, could of been a lot worse of a reaction then just a little bumping of the gums. They were also being gay buy defending the 3 so hard it was frustrating the team, and he did a awesome swag dunk when they left him wide open to double motijunas on the 3pt line, it was awesome. I didn't see a "incredibly bad" attitude, i saw competitiveness ... and anger about getting the close line from hell, whats wrong with that?
I give Beveley a pass, just a rookie running on pure adrenaline after a dunk. Prob had no idea he was taunting.
Is Beverley a stupid person or just plain immature? First of all, why would you dunk the ball when you already blew out the other team?? And then to look at their bench and taunt afterward? That's a double-NO! i don't think this is being stupid...this tells me this guy is either immature or have very serious attitude problem. Second of all, why would you try to drive and get 2pts when the fans are chanting "one more three"? Is he being stupid or what.
You asked the questions in the wrong order. He drove the ball into the lane because that's what the defense was giving him. He dunked the ball because he saw an open lane to the basket. As for his reaction afterwards, it was his first big dunk in front of a roaring crowd. So, probably just adrenaline taking over. Not a bit deal, and it doesn't automatically mean he is stupid or immature.
I didn't think it was that great of an offense. Players do that all the time in games. Because of the situation (end of game blowout) the refs thought it was excessive and T'd him up. Fair enough, but its really not a big deal.
I like the attitude but a 3rd stringer should not be costing his team with technical fouls. You can bring attitude without giving up a foul shot.
I'm more concerned about whether he can run the offense more than how much he runs his mouth. If he can do the former, I'm going to overlook the latter.
The taunting was excessive, especially since it was garbage time. But whatever. GS was going to be pumped up for us either way regardless of the dunk/taunt/flagrants. What I do hate though are the tweets from our players. We won, move on.
That technical was called based on the circumstances of the game. His lips didn't even move during the replay, but Clyde said he heard him say "you can't guard me." Whatever, how many times have you seen LeBron stare down an opposing team's bench after making a shot? Many times.
