She will now be joining the greats like Glenn Beck and Bill O'Riley. Just another reason to not watch Fox News. http://www.cnn.com/2010/POLITICS/01/11/palin.fox/index.html
wow, how original, democrats obssessed with blah blah blah i mean its not like she ever ran for any major public office or anything. really the hilarious thing is there really is no other viable major Republican to talk about bobby jindal? mark sanford? dick cheney? I mean we do have to focus our petty hate somewhere. you guys have the president, speaker of house, senate majority leader etc
Oh, and I'm not a democrat, nor am I republican. I just think Palin (not to mention Beck) is a terrible representative of the GOP. I've taken smarter pieces of ****.
is it worse for people to talk about palin or for you to complain about people talking about palin? you seem to be obsessed w/ people you perceive to be obsessed w/ palin.
Ya ya im one of those self proclaimed independents too and I also agree with you on Palin and Beck (and Hannity and Rush), but I certainly do not feel the need to throw on the Palin hating. There are two groups of people who like Palin; A good portion of the evangelical crowd and liberals. Palin makes for a very unstable politician but I do believe she is much better fit working for the media. She sold out her position as governor in exchange to make money from the conservative base. She is a complete sell-out.
Why? She did it openly and honestly. Im not going to dislike someone for taking advantage of the free market. Now if someone says its "Gods Will" and chooses to lead politics in that name, then yes, that worries me greatly. One the other hand, I despise all those in washington, or any other state, who continuously sell out Americans day in and day out. That happens to be the vast majority of politicians, on both sides of the aisle.
Just admit you're obsessed with her and that you're a closet dem who does nothing but obsess about her.
Ever since 2nd Bush, I've been leaning left. Hard to lean right when Bush was president, and now the head figures are people like chaney and palin. And I'm not obsessed with her, I'm obsessed with the conservative obsession with her. I just don't understand it! Get it right next time!
she admitted she was a sell-out? yeah Obama took advantage of the free market and became president GW?
You can blame Basso for yet another inane thread title. http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=180205 For that matter Palin going to Fox was already mentioned in the "Should Palin be RNC Chair" thread before Basso's thread.
Wasn't her reasoning is that the media attention would make it difficult for her to do her job the "right way"? Do you really believe that reasoning? Now that she's gotten her book deal, and now a likely lucrative TV deal, I think it's pretty obvious why she quit as governor... and it's not for the reason she said.
I don't know what the "right way" was suppose to be. She was to be there as a politician, not a dictator. Regardless, she obviously has no business in politics.
There is no excuse for her political ignorance. I wouldn't mind her working for infomericials. She needs to know her limits.
