The real question is, how many of the observers here give him the credit of winning the war?

I don't care about what observers say or non believers

I care about what the pure ones say like @don grahamleone and @heypartner and @DaDakota
    the believers

I don't care either who wins the argument. It was just a response on the claim that you are implementing a particular tactic. My question was, is it working? Either you or your opponent can't make that claim because of your obvious biases on a particular topic since it is subjective unlike basketball where it is settled by the final score.

Most subjective competitions are decided by judges (outside observers ), hence my inquiry.

    There's no tactic.
It was he who is doing a tactic.

He was losing his argument in the original thread and said:
I have to get off work to get my points in (stalling cause his knowledge of the Rockets isn't stored in his tiny CPU or maybe he has to finish up closing shop a Applebees)
The other obvious one was he started a BRAND NEW THREAD and "paging tinman", he was also too scared to page the other people in the argument. Either that or he doesn't have their pager numbers.

He compared Les to Dolan and Jeanie.

Les is 73 and has owned the team since 93 (common knowledge)
Jeanie is 55 and took control of the lakers since 2013, that's 20 years after Les bought the Rockets.
Also there was a power struggle between her and her brother since Jerry passed the Lakers down to them.

It would only be fair to compare Les to an owner who started the same year, 1993.

I never said Jeanie was a better owner than Les, just that you can't compare someone who just started ownership to someone who has owned for 20 years plus.

Also, if you really think about it, what has Les done that's good?

    1. Didn't move the team to Louisville after thinking about it and the city funding of course
    2. He hired Morey

Now let's see what he's 'done'

    1. Is Toyota Center the best arena in the NBA? no
    2. are the Rockets uniforms the best in the NBA? no
    3. Did we win more titles than the other than our rivals (Lakers/Spurs) since his ownership? no

Each of these areas can turn into their own threads.

I am happy the Rockets are doing well because Morey and D'Antoni are a great fit. But I'm not going to judge anything til the playoffs.
We all know people on Clutchfans crowning the Rockets champs when they are doing well in the regular season.

So DonG was incorrect with his assessment of your argumentation?

Clearly you've never read it. You should. There are derivatives us his ideology all over our planet. Or maybe you could just go back to your life of exploring nothing, having inflexible thought patterns, and ending arguments with "my ass". I hope that works out for you.

Winning the war is winning a championship. You don't understand that tinman is playing the long game and you're always focused on the short game. You're playing a completely different game than he is.

I've been on here with tinman for over a decade. You notice patterns after a while. I'd bet you'll start to understand him down the road and wonder why he ever bothered you in the first place. He's actually like you but has an even drier sense of humor.
