i recall Morey stating in the press conference after the trade deadline, that they intended to bring McD back. if so, if that's a given, is the MLE the only way to do that?
With all signs pointing towards the Rockets operating over the cap from the outset of the offseason (No Cap Space) the only thing they can offer is the MLE or a minimum contract and it appears that a min contract isn't enough to start the conversation.
Sam Amick definitely has something behind his tweets. Not an objective guy in my opinion. He choose to use simple shooting rate as "efficiency" knowing that Harden attracts freethrows and shooting 3s more often. And, he chose to calculate the stats from the day when Harden had his 2nd worst shooting game during the season. BTW, when I saw the odd "from Jan 30", immediately I knew something was cooking too.
When you're in an environment where disliking something is considered matter of fact, you don't really notice your own biases. For a lot of them, it's not that they're so much engaged in an anti-Houston campaign, i don't think they even realize it. So while we wonder why everything seems to be negative about us, they're wondering why we think that way. And it's not just us, look at how they've created this nonsense of Westbrook being the key to OKC ever since Durant criticized them for making stuff up.

I was just listening to sportsradio 610 and Nick Wright just called out David Weiner aka bimathug for his twitter spat with Sam Amick. Can someone please post this podcast so the bima knows what was being said about him. FYI...Nick Wright was siding with Amick.
