Yeah, they used amnesty brilliantly. In a way, it's a shame, I was really hoping the Pacers would get Scola last summer, he would've been a huge help. And a year of his career wouldn't be wasted. But good for Phoenix. They are doing some serious asset stockpiling. Time for a Gortat trade now.
If this happens, I'll be really happy for Luis He deserves a team like the Pacers and could be a key role player. A true consummate professional
The Rockets, Battier, and Scola could very well be in the Final 4. Not that there is a final 4 but there still kind of is.
Too many riches too few minutes? The Copeland and Granger minutes will be challenging to dispense. Of course I'd like the Granger problem at TheToyShop...
Hill George Granger West Hibbert stephenson Scola Watson Solomon Hill (Who looked really good in the summer league) Copeland This looks like a team primed for another Eastern Conference finals battle with Miami. Ill be rooting for them.
Sarver is the worst thing that ever happened to the Suns. It's been all downhill since he refused to retain Joe Johnson for 5yrs/$45MM the year before he became a free agent and left.
Good to see you around, Tom! I hope you're sharing with Pacers fans how much we think of Scola in these parts. That certainly isn't true of every ex-Rocket.

So happy for Luis. Very easy to root for the Pacers now, when before I didn't really give a rip about any East teams.
That's one hell of a starting lineup. That bench ain't bad either. I think they beat Miami this year and if we make it to the finals, we have to play them instead of Miami of course.
