Ennis still has a bit of potential . I liked flashed from the preseason and he seemed to get better as we played more games . In sure some of that is just getting comfortable . He has legit speed to get to the hole even though his finishing could use some work . Also he's just plain more athletic and a better defender than Pablo . As for shooting , I've yet to see the fabled .40 from 3 Pablo . In fact it seemed his shooting has been awful as a rocket . You can chalk some of that up to inconsistent pt or whatever you want to , but it hasn't happened . He's 40 ish and despite providing some veteran leadership I think Ennis is just plain more valuable . If the team values Pablo's IQ enough he can get a coaching gig . Don't sleep on Ennis , he could be a lot better than expected and it wouldn't surprise me a bit . Of course he could also face plant .... Such is usually the case with the 13th-15th guys on the roster
Another head scratching move. Ennis is garbage, absolute bust who looks scared to be out there. And that is no point guard. Pablo OTOH offers a steady presence. You know what you are getting from him day in, day out on the court. Plus he is a great locker room presence and veteran with leadership skills. Bobby freaking Brown should just go back to China to graffiti their walls.
I agree. Hell, I could make a strong case that GSW doesn't even have a PG on their entire roster, and they use a 5 out 0 Motion system to suit double SGs with High Post passers.
I think Brown is a major underdog. Harden seems to have a liking to him. With the minutes he has got he has not played bad.
He's been pretty awful. The made 3's and off balance contested mid range shots don't fool me. No passing vision, low IQ, bad shot selection, selfish, chucker are the things that come to mind when I think of BB. He's like a mixture of 2015-16 Lawson, Brewer, Terry and Smith all in one.
Prigioni injured? Money remembers he traded CF's favorite left handed chucking 4? Ennis on the verge of greatness?
prigioni is the second best PnR player on the team and the only PG who knows to slow down opponent for inbound
Shoulda been Brewer. Every time someone leaves this team via trade or cut I'll just say to myself. "It should have been you Brewer, should have been you."
So morey scored by locking up some a scoring spark with Beasley on the cheap for 2 years - without giving up any assets... then ships him after the 1st year for a guy that should probably already be cut... smh... Twill, Thabeet, Flynn, TRob, Ennis... morey is just obsessed with grabbing other teams 1st round busts that he thinks he can make them perform to potential...
Wow, nice going there..first Ennis got cut and now he's back. Must be weird for all parties and I seriously do not understand how we are without a serious PG right now on the roster. Don't even start on Harden is a PG, he's not okay..
