Given 41 games of hindsight and a 17-24 record as of today, will the Astros reach 64 wins this season?

We are currently on pace for 55 wins. :p

I think we can, but we probably won't!

Games like the walkoff against the Rangers give me hope. If we play like that more often, then yes, I think we can do it.

I think you will see improvement this year.

They looked good against the Rangers. I think they will play almost 500 ball from here on out.

Currently they are 3 games better than last year's record AND last year they closed with a 15 game losing streak. 64+ wins is definitely doable.

Of course you have to preface this by saying it's a long season, but Dominguez, Fowler and Altuve have all gotten their OPS up over .750.

Springer is producing now, and Chris Carter has quietly posted an .853 OPS over his last 24 games, with a very tolerable 24 K's.

    Starting to come together?........

i really think this team is turning the corner. I could see us ending the season around 69-71 wins.

were starting to hit well and our starting pitching is decent (top 6 in AL i believe)...we just need our bullpen to get their ish together. the early season injuries hurt (crain, moylan, etc...), but I think they'll shape up. Sipp has been huge.

    14-18 over our last 32

    9-8 over our last 17

I'm calling it, we're not the worst team in baseball anymore.

Now on pace for 67-92, and no reason to think things won't get better

Damn I wish I had bought some "free" furniture
